Sally qualified as a Pharmacist in 1995 and gained a diploma in Community Clinical Pharmacy in 2002.
She worked with a team of Pharmacy professionals to develop and deliver the medicines management agenda for primary care organisations in Doncaster. She has provided prescribing support to a broad range of general practice teams.
She was the Director of a multi-award winning community Pharmacy.
Sally is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA).
Jodie’s clinical background is as a specialist nurse and independent prescriber in Sexual Health and Contraception. She then became a Specialist Nurse in Medicines Management.
Jodie is Deputy Lead for the Independent and Supplementary Prescribing programme at the University of York. She teaches pharmacology and medicines safety across a number of other programmes including BSc Nursing, the Nurse Associate apprenticeship and MSc Nursing.
Jodie has an interest in genomics and is currently studying for a PhD in Genomics in Nurse Education.
